Step-by-Step: Booking a Holiday with Chèques-Vacances Connect

The steps below follow the standard ANCV Connect checkout flow used on TUI.fr, Pierre & Vacances, Belambra, Center Parcs France, and certified French campings. Setting up the app before you start browsing avoids any delays at checkout.

Step 1: Download the ANCV Connect App

Install the ANCV Connect app (available on iOS and Android) and sign in with your ANCV account. Your chèques-vacances balance loads automatically. If this is your first time using the app, you may need to set a payment PIN before your balance becomes active. Check the available credit before starting your holiday search.

Step 2: Choose an ANCV-Affiliated Booking Site

Go to an ANCV partner site such as TUI.fr, Pierre & Vacances, Belambra, or a certified French camping listed in the ANCV partner directory. The ANCV Connect payment option only appears on sites in the partner network. Booking.com and Expedia are not in the network and do not offer this payment option.

Step 3: Select Your Holiday and Proceed to Checkout

Choose your destination, travel dates, and accommodation type, then add to your cart. Move to the checkout page. If the booking total exceeds your available ANCV balance, you can pay the difference with a bank card at the same checkout step.

Bookings are made in euros and cover holidays in France, French overseas territories, and ANCV-affiliated accommodation across some European destinations. If your balance does not cover the full booking cost, the shortfall can be paid by bank card at checkout.
